Case Razor LLC provides this public website for general business information. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms do not govern the CaseRazor application at app.caserazor.com. The application has separate Terms of Service and a separate Privacy Notice. AsylumStrategist has its own terms on its own website. Claim Razor is described as coming soon and is not offered through this site.

This site describes Case Razor LLC and its products. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Case Razor LLC is not a law firm or government agency.
You may use the site for lawful business and informational purposes. Do not interfere with the site, test its security without written permission, copy protected material beyond fair use, or use the site to violate another person's rights.
3. Intellectual property
Case Razor LLC and its licensors own the site's design, text, graphics, logos, and software, except for material that belongs to another owner. We grant you a limited right to view and use the site for its intended purpose.
You may not sell, license, scrape at unreasonable volume, reverse engineer, or create a misleading copy of the site unless law permits it or we agree in writing.

Product descriptions on this site are summaries. A signed order, product-specific agreement, and the product's own policies control actual service use. Features may change before launch or may vary by plan, firm, jurisdiction, or provider.

If you send feedback, you give Case Razor LLC permission to use the idea without identifying you or disclosing confidential information. Do not send client secrets, access credentials, or sensitive legal records through a general website email link.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We provide this website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that every page will always be available, current, or free from error. We may change or stop part of the site.
To the extent law permits, Case Razor LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. A written product agreement may provide different promises for that product.

To the extent law permits, Case Razor LLC is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss caused by use of this public site. Our total liability for a claim about this site will not exceed $100.
A limit does not apply where law bars it. These limits do not replace a different limit in a signed product agreement.
9. Privacy
The Corporate Website Privacy Policy explains the limited information handled through this static site. The application privacy notice does not govern this website, and this corporate policy does not govern application data.
10. Governing law and disputes
Oregon law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon have exclusive jurisdiction over a dispute about this website, unless law requires another forum.
Before filing a claim, each party will try in good faith for 30 days to resolve it through written notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these corporate website terms. We will post the new effective date and explain a material change before it takes effect. A change applies prospectively. Continued use alone does not amend a signed product agreement or replace the CaseRazor application's active-acceptance process.
12. General terms
If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms and the corporate privacy policy are the full agreement for use of this public website only.
