1. Scope
Case Razor LLC operates this public website. It explains our company and products. This site has no account system, contact form, payment flow, or client portal.
This policy does not cover the CaseRazor application at app.caserazor.com. The application has a separate Privacy Notice and Terms of Service. AsylumStrategist also has its own policies on its own website. Claim Razor is not yet available and does not collect information through this site.
2. Information handled by this site
We do not ask you to enter personal information on this site. If you select an email link, your email service opens a new message. We receive the address, message, and any details you choose to send only after you send that email.
Vercel hosts this site. Like most web hosts, it may process basic request data needed to deliver and protect the site. That data may include an IP address, browser type, requested page, date, and time. We do not request precise device location, such as GPS coordinates. An approximate region may be inferred from an IP address for hosting security and diagnostics.
3. No advertising tracking or sale
This site does not run advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or marketing-cookie tools. It does not set its own cookies. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share information from this site for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If we add a practice that changes these facts, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required before the practice begins.
4. How we use information
We use email inquiries to respond, provide requested information, protect our rights, prevent abuse, and keep ordinary business records. We use limited hosting data to deliver and secure the website and to diagnose failures.
We do not use an inquiry or request record for an unrelated new purpose without notice and any consent that law requires.
5. When information is disclosed
Vercel processes request data to host and protect the website. Our business email provider processes messages you send. We may also disclose information when a valid legal order requires it, or when needed to protect a person, the website, or our legal rights.
We require a service provider to use information only for the service it provides to us. We do not disclose website information to an advertiser or data broker.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep an ordinary inquiry only as long as needed to answer it, maintain a useful business record, or meet a legal duty. We normally delete an inactive inquiry within 24 months. A dispute, security event, tax rule, or legal hold may require longer retention.
Hosting request logs follow the host's configured retention period. We do not create a separate visitor profile from those logs.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask whether Case Razor LLC controls personal information about you. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete it. Send the request to cole@caserazor.com with the subject “Case Razor privacy request.”
We may verify your identity and authority before acting. We will acknowledge a verified request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days when reasonably possible. We will explain any lawful exception or permitted extension.
California and Oregon residents may have added rights under state law. We do not discriminate against a person for using a privacy right.
8. Security and incidents
We use reasonable safeguards for this static website and our business email. No internet service is completely secure.
If we confirm a breach that affects information we control, we will notify affected people without unreasonable delay. We will explain what happened, the information involved, what we did, and practical steps the person can take. We will also meet any stricter rule imposed by law or contract.
9. Children
This corporate website is intended for legal professionals and business visitors. It is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child sent personal information to us through an email link, we will delete it unless law requires retention.
10. Ownership transfer
If ownership or control of Case Razor LLC changes, related business records may transfer. We will provide notice before a new owner uses personal information in a materially different way, unless law bars notice. The new owner must protect the information under terms consistent with this policy or provide a meaningful choice.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this corporate website policy as the site changes. We will post the new effective date and explain a material change before it takes effect. A change to this corporate policy does not change the separate CaseRazor application policies or replace the application's active-acceptance process.
12. Contact
Privacy, security, and legal questions may be sent to cole@caserazor.com. Mail may be addressed to Case Razor LLC, Portland, Oregon, United States.
